Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader. You will ensure the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Standards, lead Floorset execution, and drive merchandising updates to keep the floor guest-ready.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, monitor productivity, and collaborate with leadership on replenishment and sell-through. A focus on guest experience, team recognition, and safety completes the role.

• Ability to train and coach floorset teams and set clear productivity goals.
• Strong collaboration with leadership to drive merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution through training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment activities.
• Maintain store visuals and merchandising to keep the floor fresh and shopper-friendly.
• Foster a team culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the staff.
• Uphold store safety standards and shrink-reducing practices in all areas.
