Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader. You will ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards, lead Floorset execution, and drive replenishment and merchandising initiatives to keep the guest experience top-notch.

You will train the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and collaborate with leadership on action plans. A strong eye for merchandising and a passion for guest satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills
• History of retail work
• Attention to detail and time-management
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team to standards.
• Ensure store is aligned with AEO Brand Standards and guest experience.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Promote a teamwork-based culture and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction practices in store and stockroom.
