Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure our store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will execute Floorsets, lead merchandising updates, and ensure the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment.

You will train the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and drive day-to-day merchandising and replenishment while maintaining strong guest experiences and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and ensure store reflects Brand Standards.
• Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Maintain store safety, shrink-reduction strategies, and policy compliance.
• Champion a guest-first culture and celebrate team wins.
