Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Leader to be the right hand of the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and delivers an outstanding guest experience.

You will lead Floorset execution, train the Floorset team, and drive replenishment and merchandising updates with a sharp eye for detail. You will partner with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities, maintain visual standards, and keep the store guest-ready while

Responsibilities

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• You drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards.
• You ensure the store stays in good shape with day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment; you identify opportunities and act with leadership guidance.
• You support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment to keep the store looking fresh.
• You ensure the merchandising team prioritizes guest experience and celebrate wins with the team.
• You uphold store safety standards on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom, and follow shrink-reduction strategies and company policies.
