Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand. You will execute Floorsets, manage merchandising updates, and ensure the store is guest ready through effective replenishment.

You will lead and train the Floorset team, focus on visual standards, and support strong guest experiences while maintaining store safety and brand integrity. Join a team that values real self-expression and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and maintaining brand visual standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Support merchandising and replenishment to keep store guest-ready and in line with brand standards.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction practices in collaboration with leadership.
• Promote a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins to motivate staff.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to ensure guest experience remains top priority.
• Uphold AEO Brand Standards across all merchandising and store operations.
