Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader. You will execute Floorsets, lead replenishment, and ensure the store aligns with AEO Brand Visual Standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, monitor productivity, and collaborate with leadership to optimize merchandising opportunities. Enjoy a strong team culture and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

Strong retail merchandising experience with a focus on visual standards.
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Retail experience with practical merchandising and replenishment skills.
Proven ability to lead a team and drive guest-centric results.

Responsibilities

Drive Floorset execution and coach the Floorset team to standards.
Support guest experience by maintaining brand standards on the floor.
Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
Collaborate with leadership to plan and act on merchandising opportunities.
Promote a culture of teamwork, recognition, and guest focus.
Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction practices on sales floor and stockroom.
