Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support Floorset execution and daily merchandising updates, ensuring the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Standards.

You will train the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and maintain guest-ready visuals through effective replenishment. You will collaborate with the Merchandising Team Leader to drive merchandising opportunities, manage day-to-day operations, and promote a culture that puts the guest experience first.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience and passion for visual standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and priority setting.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and training with the Floorset team to meet standards.
• Drive Floorset updates and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to optimize merchandising and sell-through.
• Help the team maintain AEO Brand Standards through replenishment and adjustments.
• Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Support store safety and shrink-reduction practices on the sales floor and stockroom.
