Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is hiring a Retail Territory Manager for hard and soft surface flooring coverage in the Kansas market.

The role focuses on developing relationships with flooring dealers, designers and end-users, driving product adoption, and expanding Shaw's market share across designated cities. Responsibilities include daily sales calls, leading product presentations, building displays, and analyzing sales data.

Formación

• Requires a high-school diploma or GED and 1 year of sales experience or equivalent.
• Must reside in the market (Topeka, Manhattan, or Salina, KS) and be able to travel by vehicle for product samples.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily sales calls with existing customers and promote hard surface flooring products.
• Present products to retailers, designers, and end-users and analyze leads.
• Build and display product samples and update Salesforce.com with customer interactions.
• Prospect new accounts and communicate periodic sales reports and goals.
