Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is hiring a Retail Territory Manager for hard and soft surface flooring in the Topeka, KS market. You will build relationships with flooring dealers, designers and end-users to grow sales and profitability.

The role covers a defined geographic area with travel to local dealers, sample displays and product promotions. A one-year sales background and the ability to lift samples are required.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of sales experience required.
• Must reside in market: Topeka, Manhattan, or Salina, KS.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls on existing customers with emphasis on hard surface flooring products.
• Present products to retail dealers, designers and end-users; analyze leads.
• Sell and construct display racks; develop new accounts in territory.
• Prepare sales reports and track goals; monitor market conditions and product needs.
• Enter customer interactions into Salesforce.com; educate customers on products.
