Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience with exceptional customer service and product information.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions and selections, and process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and organization of the department; ensure accurate product placement and signage.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and communicate SOP changes to associates.
