Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a motivated associate to train and develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service. You will help customers, process transactions at the POS, and maintain merchandising standards across the department.

Responsibilities include completing all product specialist certifications, stocking displays, and following safety procedures. The role supports a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to complete product specialist certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner and assist with product questions.
• Process customers at check-out using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock and tag displays and create price tags and signs for merchandising.
• Provide direction to product specialists to ensure attentive customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise and installation.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates; follow safety and forklift protocols.
