Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner and assist with product questions.
• Process customers at check-out using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price tags and signs.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and contribute to merchandising and pricing.
• Provide direction to associates to ensure attentive customer service and proper presentation.
