Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a dedicated trainer to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience with expert product information. The role emphasizes strong communication and leadership to uphold Floor & Decor’s standards.

You will coach staff, manage certification courses, and reinforce merchandising, pricing, and showroom presentation while guiding associates in checkout procedures and customer assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience preferred or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act in accordance with company values and safety policies.
• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive the basic principles of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing.
• Direct and support product specialists to ensure attentive customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise.
