Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a dedicated trainer to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information.

You will guide staff through merchandising, pricing, certifications, and POS procedures, while greeting customers and assisting with product questions and selections.

This role supports store operations in a fast-paced environment, focusing on teamwork, safety, and delivering a memorable flooring shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner and assist with product questions and selections
• Process customers at check-out using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and organization of the department and ensure accurate product placement and signs
• Complete product specialist certification courses and drive the company philosophy around the basic P’s of retail (People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion)
