Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the Floor team, supervise stocking, pricing and customer service, and ensure HACCP compliance. This role collaborates with the Assistant Branch Manager and other supervisors to maintain efficient operations.

The Floor Manager will develop staff schedules, train employees, interview candidates, and coordinate inventory controls while upholding safety and quality standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with strong customer service background.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and professional demeanor.
• Experience in inventory, pricing, and vendor coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules, monitor performance and apply appropriate disciplinary actions.
• Train employees in responsibilities and safety procedures.
• Interview candidates and make hiring recommendations.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, labeling, and rotation of merchandise.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and conduct periodic audits.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage vendor orders for cost efficiency.
• Ensure shelf pricing reflects current pricing and market conditions.
• Coordinate merchandising and maintain clean, safe floor areas.
