Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the Floor team, maintain stock levels, ensure correct labeling, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise assistants and stockers, develop schedules, and train staff while ensuring HACCP compliance and proper inventory control.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, daily inventory reviews, and collaboration with management to optimize store operations and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (or equivalent experience).
• At least 4 years in customer service or related roles.
• Ability to read and interpret business materials and procedures.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising staff and scheduling.
• Knowledge of HACCP regulations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supervises staff, ensuring customer service excellence.
• Maintains shelves, pricing accuracy, and inventory control.
• Schedules, monitors performance, and applies discipline when needed.
• Trains employees on duties and safety procedures.
• Interviews candidates and participates in hiring decisions.
• Ensures HACCP compliance and performs audits.
• Oversees inventory levels and vendor orders.
• Coordinates merchandising and floor layouts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
