Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of customer service experience with strong supervisory skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Commitment to company values and customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Floor staff to ensure shelves are stocked, labeled and rotated.
• Develops schedules and monitors performance; disciplines as needed.
• Trains employees in duties and safety procedures.
• Interacts with large customers to develop relationships.
• Ensures HACCP compliance and conducts audits.
• Manages inventory, pricing accuracy, and vendor orders.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper signage; coordinates merchandising.
• Performs weekly audits in the perishable department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
