Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking an Assistant Floor Manager to work under the Floor Manager, ensuring product is available and fresh in accordance with HACCP guidelines. You will drive sales, minimize losses, and develop customer relationships while maintaining safety and high standards throughout the warehouse.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, supervise daily tasks, and coordinate with other departments to meet store goals and ensure excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and train team members and build relationships.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain safety.
• Ability to manage warehouse operations effectively and efficiently.
• Clear, concise communication and ability to instruct team members.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary for the job.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service with sincerity and respect.
• Operate equipment per company and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and Always Fresh mentality in product handling.
• Assist with product presentation, rotation, labeling and replenishment.
• Monitor inventory with cycle counts and ensure in-stock positions.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring and scheduling needs for the department.
• Adhere to all laws and company food safety and safety programs.
