Qualifications

• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is a plus
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
• Excellent communication skills in interpersonal and written communication
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: deliver expert advice and ensure customers find the right fit and positive experience
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, opening/closing duties, and uphold security and standards
• Team Leadership: mentor team members on customer service, sales and daily operations
• Sales and Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock, maintain cleanliness and inventory
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store issues to ensure smooth shopping experiences
