Qualifications

• Previous Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor experience preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great customer experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and security.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail roles.
• Help achieve store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
