Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, including store opening/closing, ensuring security and high operating standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to achieving store targets through effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee inventory routines and coordinate with management to address needs.
