Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team with 20-29 hours weekly. You’ll drive sales, open/close the store, and lead training to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach a team of sales associates, develop product knowledge, and promote Lush values like cruelty-free cosmetics and ethical sourcing. Fostering a positive, productive work environment is key.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
