Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team in driving sales, opening/closing operations, and training. You will lead a team on the shop floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience and motivate staff to achieve goals.

You’ll coach Sales Ambassadors, promote Lush brand values, and ensure operational excellence through product knowledge, customer engagement, and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboards to coach the sales team and adjust the shop floor to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class customer service on the shop floor and demonstrate products.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and in community events.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
