Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You’ll drive sales, open/close the store, analyze results, and lead training sessions on the shop floor to create an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll lead a team of sales associates, fostering a positive, productive, and fun work environment. Expect to travel on the shop floor and collaborate with your peers to ensure operational excellence and happy

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
A fast-paced team environment.
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Driving Sales: Use StoreForce results to coach the team and adjust shop floor structure to meet/exceed sales goals.
Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service on the shop floor, demonstrate products, listen to consultations, and exceed daily sales goals.
Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and ethical commitments, engage in community initiatives and events.
Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
