Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. On the shop floor you’ll lead a team of sales associates, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help ensure operational excellence.

In this role you’ll coach, train, and mentor staff, analyze sales results, uphold Lush brand values, and communicate the company’s ethical stance while building a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet/exceed sales goals; own results and grow contribution to overall sales.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service on the shop floor, including product demonstrations; listen to consultations and collaborate with the team to exceed daily goals.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush brand values, ethics, and packaging in-store and through community initiatives.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and consistently make informed recommendations.
