Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader in Paramus, NJ to guide a team on the shop floor, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead demonstrations, educate customers on ethical and natural beauty values, and mentor Sales Ambassadors to elevate performance.

The role focuses on building a positive, productive store culture, ensuring cash handling accuracy, and maintaining visual standards. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team using store data and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and during events.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and growth.
• Foster DEIB and open communication among team members to promote collaboration.
• Manage cash handling and opening/closing procedures, and ensure security and accuracy.
