Job summary

Paramus, NJ-based Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader to partner with Store Management to drive sales, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will coach, mentor, and train staff on product knowledge, brand values, and merchandising while maintaining store standards and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet/exceed goals.
• Customer Experience: Lead by example delivering world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values, and our stance on Fighting Animal Testing and Ethical Buying in store and events.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Development: train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and growth.
• DEIB: promote open communication and belonging among team members.
