Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics on Magazine Street seeks a Full Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor. You will coach a team of sales associates, drive sales, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and help maintain operational excellence.

You will lead by example, foster a positive work environment, and contribute to store success through effective leadership, training, and collaboration with the management team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback and training.
• Strong problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce data and adjust shop floor to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: lead in world-class service and product demonstrations.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and recommend fitting solutions.
• Development: train Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance.
• DEIB: promote inclusion and collaboration across the team.
• Operational Excellence: manage cash handling, opening/closing, attendance, visuals, stock, and procedures.
