Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You'll drive sales, open/close the store, analyse results, and lead training sessions on the shop floor, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.

On the floor you’ll coach a team of sales associates, foster a positive work environment, and educate customers on our skincare values, ethical sourcing, and vegan products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales.
• Minimum 1 year in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Minimum 1 year in supervisory coaching, feedback, and training.
• Minimum 1 year in problem-solving customer service issues.
• Minimum 1 year in fast-paced team environments.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard insights.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor with product demos.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices.
• Increase depth of product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance.
• Foster DEIB and open communication within the team.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and nightly deposits.
• Monitor attendance, breaks, and shift readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store.
• Train team on inventory and display standards, adjust displays based on sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety.
