Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support store management, drive sales, and lead a team on the shop floor. You will coach sales associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help communicate Lush values during store events and daily operations.

You will also contribute to brand education, product knowledge, and adherence to store standards, while maintaining a positive, productive work environment for a busy cosmetics retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve problems related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices, and engage in community initiatives.
• Increase product knowledge to make informed recommendations for customer needs.
