Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor and drive a superior customer experience. You will coach, train, and support brand standards while delivering engaging product demonstrations and knowledge-sharing.

As a Floor Leader, you’ll foster a positive work environment, coach peers, manage visuals and stock, and ensure store operations run smoothly during openings and closings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, providing feedback, and training.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day customer service issues in a fast-paced team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics.
