Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor. You will drive sales, coach a team, and deliver a world-class customer experience while upholding our ethical standards and brand values.

You will lead by example, develop the team, and ensure operational excellence on a daily basis. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with management to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving issues related to day-to-day customer service
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Experience: coach the sale team using dashboard results and adjust floor structure to meet goals
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service, product demos, and exceed daily sales goals
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations
• Development: train and coach staff on sales techniques and product knowledge
• DEIB: promote open communication and belonging among team members
• Operational Excellence: manage cash handling, opening/closing, and visual merchandising
• Stock and Inventory: train team on inventory best practices and adjust displays based on sales
• Policies: ensure compliance with company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, and safety
