Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store floor, set pace on shifts, and energize the team. You will model service standards and provide real-time coaching to ensure a standout guest experience and consistent execution across operations.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for sports retail, strong communication skills, and a track record of leading teams in fast-paced environments. Schedule includes 10–20 hours weekly with daytime, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• People: Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• People: Model service behaviors and standards consistently.
• People: Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
• Operations: Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Operations: Serve as a go-to resource for basic operational questions.
• Operations: Validate completion of daily operational routines.
• Operations: Escalate operational risks and gaps to leadership quickly.
• Merchandising: Lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets during shifts.
• Merchandising: Ensure merchandising standards are maintained throughout the day.
• Merchandising: Guide teammates on visual standards and product placement.
• Merchandising: Support visual transitions and floor sets.
• Service: Lead the floor to ensure service coverage and prioritize guests.
• Service: Reinforce the Party service model and behaviors.
• Service: Handle escalated customer concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Service: Monitor service execution and adjust staffing or focus as needed.
• Results: Drive sales during assigned shifts through guest focus and urgency.
