Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store floor, set the pace on shifts, and energize the team. You will help execute daily tasks, mentor teammates, and reinforce service standards to create an engaging guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.

• Maintain a high-energy store culture and model service behaviors.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to teammates.
