Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10–20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor to ensure service coverage and guest focus.
• Onboard and train new team members and provide coaching.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to execute store operations.
• Lead merchandising recovery, fixture resets, and product placement.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
