Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store floor, energize the team, and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will set the pace on shifts, model service standards, and coach teammates in real time to maintain a high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, are 18+, and can work 10–20 hours weekly including days, nights, weekends, and local sports events. Stand/walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and be ready for fast-paced retail duties.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

• Lead the floor to ensure service coverage and prioritize guests.
