Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store floor, model energetic leadership, and drive a guest-first experience. You will direct shifts, coach teammates, and ensure consistent execution of service standards and merchandising principles.

The role emphasizes communication, teamwork, and a sense of urgency to support sales and promotions while maintaining a welcoming sports retail environment.

Formación

• Must have at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10–20 hours per week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.

• Lead onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain high-energy store culture and model service behaviors.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure smooth execution.
