Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store floor, set the pace for the team, and energize guests and teammates. You will coach staff, ensure service standards, and manage daily operations to deliver memorable fan experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide store team during shifts to maintain energy and focus.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing coaching to new team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure floor execution.
• Maintain merchandising standards and coordinate fixture resets.
• Lead service coverage, handle escalated guest concerns, and drive sales.
