Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in Danbury, CT is seeking a Floor Leader to support store management, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve goals, foster a positive culture, and uphold the brand’s ethics.

Lead by example in coaching, training, and DEIB initiatives while managing cash handling, opening/closing, and ensuring a vibrant, organized store that delights customers and motivates staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
• A fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Utilize the StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service, product demonstrations, and exceed daily sales goals.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and through community engagement.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
• Team Involvement: Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and growth.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Foster open communication and promote DEIB among staff.
