Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales, guiding a team of Sales Ambassadors, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll lead by example, coach and train staff, manage cash handling and opening/closing duties, and advocate Lush brand values in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to build community engagement and store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class customer service on the shop floor, including product demos, listening to consultations, and exceeding daily sales goals.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush brand values and our positions on ethical practices and packaging in-store and through community engagement.
• Product Passion: Enhance product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
