Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader to drive sales, lead a team on the shop floor, and deliver a premier customer experience. You will coach and inspire Sales Ambassadors, educate customers on brand values, and help maintain visual standards and store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide coaching to the sales team using store analytics and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Lead on customer experience by delivering world-class service and product demonstrations, and strive to exceed daily sales targets.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical commitments, and engage in community engagement and in-store events.
• Increase product knowledge to make informed recommendations for customer needs.
