Responsibilities

• Drive sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce results and adjust floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical policies in-store and at events.
• Deepen product knowledge and provide informed recommendations for customer needs.
