Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience in cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer experience on the shop floor with coaching based on StoreForce results.
• Lead and train sales ambassadors to improve performance and achieve goals.
• Educate customers on skincare and ethical brand values.
• Maintain store visuals, stock, and safety standards.
