Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader in Boulder, CO to drive sales, lead a team on the shop floor, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach ambassadors, manage cash and daily store routines, and promote our ethical skincare brand values while maintaining a high-energy, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities include using sales data to improve results, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring operational excellence from opening to closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, cash handling, and supervising/coaching teams.
• Experience with opening/closing procedures and maintaining stock and safety.
• Ability to analyze sales, train staff, and create a positive, inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Lead, train, and coach Sales Ambassadors; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical principles; represent the brand in the store.
