Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader in Reno to lead sales teams and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor. You will coach ambassadors, manage cash handling, and support opening/closing procedures while promoting ethical beauty values.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving in day-to-day operations in a fast-paced team environment
• Skincare knowledge and passion for ethical beauty
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Experience: Drive sales coaching on the shop floor and optimize layout to meet sales goals
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service with product demos and consultations
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices
• Product Passion: Expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations
• Development: Train and coach team on sales techniques and product knowledge
• DEIB: Encourage open communication and build a sense of belonging across the team
• Operational Excellence: Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and store security
• Visuals/Merchandising: Keep store clean, organized, and inviting
• Stock/Inventory: Train team on stock and display adjustments
