• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard data and adjust shop floor setup to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service, product demonstrations, and foster customer loyalty.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and via events.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
