Job summary

Mejuri in Pennsylvania is seeking a Floor Lead to join our store leadership team. You will uphold exceptional customer service standards, mentor staff, and ensure flawless daily operations on the sales floor.

You’ll drive KPI performance, manage inventory and in-store services like piercing and engraving, and collaborate across teams to deliver a premier Mejuri experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Mejuri's customer service standards on the sales floor.
• Drive KPI performance by developing and motivating the team.
• Oversee inventory, back-of-house flow and order fulfillment.
• Support merchandising, visual standards, and store appearance.
• Onboard and engage store staff and ensure policy compliance.
