Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead in Nashville to drive exceptional in-store customer service and lead a high-performing team. The role focuses on daily operations, inventory management, and delivering Mejuri’s service standards.

The Floor Lead will motivate staff, manage KPIs, and promote services like piercing and engraving while maintaining visual standards and a collaborative store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience.
• Maximize results by driving KPIs and team performance.
• Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and store operations.
• Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising are upheld.
• Coach and develop store staff.
