Job summary

Mejuri Inc. is seeking a Floor Lead to drive store performance, uphold exceptional customer service, and develop the team on the sales floor in Boston.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure visual standards and brand execution while delivering Mejuri’s values. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a base pay range of $23-$25 per hour.
