Mejuri in Boston is seeking a Floor Lead to drive store success through exceptional customer service and daily operations execution. You will lead the sales floor, motivate the team, and ensure a seamless customer experience while promoting services like piercing and engraving.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, hands-on leadership, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. A background in high-volume retail and proficiency with POS and inventory systems is preferred.

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Able to adapt quickly and think creatively.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Mejuri’s selling standards on the sales floor.
• Drive KPIs and team engagement through performance management.
• Promote services including piercing and engraving.
• Support inventory, order fulfillment, and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Coach and onboard new team members; monitor performance and provide feedback.
